Senior Stock Plan Administrator

We’re looking for a Senior Stock Plan Administrator to join Snap Inc! You’ll play a key role in managing Snap Inc.’s global equity incentive programs, with a focus on global tax compliance and regulations. Working from our Los Angeles, CA headquarters, you’ll collaborate with super smart colleagues throughout the company to develop creative solutions to problems. What you’ll do:
- Assist with maintaining database integrity and ensure accuracy of record keeping of employee data and equity data
- Assist with the development of a streamlined equity award and stock administration process
- Assist with processing new equity awards and distribution of online grant agreements
- Process option exercises and RSU vesting, ensuring accurate and timely tax withholding and reporting
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and yearly reconciliation of records between Human Resources, Accounting, Payroll, and Stock Administration records
- Assist with preparation of quarterly and annual reporting disclosures
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors and a worldwide Finance team for quarterly reviews and year-end audits, and also ensure that internal controls and procedures are followed
- Generate recurring reports and respond timely to ad hoc data requests from business partners
- Assist in preparation of equity reporting in global tax filings
- Provide excellent customer service to equity participants at all levels and to partners throughout Snap Inc., and respond quickly to employee questions in a courteous manner
- Develop materials and other employee communications, contribute ideas, and assist with employee education programs
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or another related field
- 7+ years of stock administration experience
Preferred qualifications:
- Charles Schwab EquiView experience preferred
- Experience with U.S. federal and state taxation relating to equity compensation and general knowledge of global taxation of equity compensation
- Outstanding analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Strong knowledge of Excel and Google Suite applications
- Excellent business judgment, strategic thinking, and ability to manage multiple matters
- Detail-oriented, business-friendly team player with an ability to accommodate tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
