Senior Accounts Payable Analyst

We're looking for a Senior Accounts Payable Analyst to join the Finance team! The Finance Team includes Finance Business Partnership, Accounting, Finance Operations, Financial Systems, Internal Audit, Tax, Treasury, and Investor Relations teams. Together, the team partners with leadership to provide insights, information, and guidance to make strategic and operational decisions, inform investors about our business model and progress, and ensure the company is financially healthy and consistently meeting our reporting obligations.
What you’ll do:
Set up and maintain domestic and international vendor records in the accounting system
Support the business in setting up and maintaining purchase orders
Process and code international and domestic invoices timely and accurately
Respond to vendor and internal inquiries and research to resolve concerns or discrepancies
Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices
Collaborate with key stakeholders in Finance to ensure accurate and complete reporting of vendor and payment analyses
Design and implement accounts payable metrics dashboards and reporting for Finance Leadership
Assist with ad-hoc projects within Finance Operations
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Analytical and creative mindset
Experience building out accounts payable metrics and/or dashboarding
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills; able to interact with employees and vendors in a professional manner
Able to work independently as well as with a team while balancing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Able to keep client matters strictly confidential
Strong work ethic and ability to simultaneously manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Extremely detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion
Knowledge of applicable accounts payable/general ledger systems and procedures, financial chart of accounts, and corporate procedures
Experience with QuickBooks, NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, or other accounting system
Experience with Concur or other T&E system
Proficient in Excel and Word
Minimum Qualifications:
3+ years accounts payable experience
High School diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
1+ year(s) of experience using dashboarding and visualization tools (such as Tableau)
