Service Titan is seeking an exceptional Revenue Operations Manager, Growth to join one of the fastest growing tech startups in Southern California, backed by the best VC firms in the SaaS space. 

As our Revenue Operations Manager, Growth, you will:

  • Proactively spot, solution, test, and action on processes and tools to drive meaningful results in ensuring our Growth initiatives are successful throughout the Customer and Product lifecycle and improving revenue growth and adoption, at scale
  • Set KPI benchmarks and develop the most optimal cadence to internally monitor and review with Growth, Sales and Success leadership to provide meaningful insights into financial, operational, and team performances 
  • Build meaningful relationships with leaders in the Growth, Upsells and Revenue Organizations and become a highly trusted advisor
  • Produce, maintain, and enforce SLAs between the various functions within the Growth and Revenue Organizations
  • Partner closely with a team of professional Analysts and Systems professionals in prioritizing and catering to all Growth business needs 
  • Work independently with FP&A and Leadership to ensure we are always tracking to both financial and operational targets across the entire Growth and Upsells organizations  
  • Aid Growth Leadership in any cross-functional projects on the Growth roadmap, including prioritization across dependent teams for consolidated status
  • Play a key role in GTM strategies by  solving any operational challenges for new Growth Products or Partnerships
  • Work alongside Growth Development counterparts to design scalable reporting processes for external Partners
  • Maintain and enhance the overall health of Growth’s data sources and access

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong understanding of Sales, Financial and operational SaaS KPIs and other Key Metrics
  • 4+ years experience in business operations, strategy, consulting - SaaS experience preferred
  • 2+ years of Tableau Publisher experience required (+ Salesforce experience preferred)
  • BA/BS preferred
  • Excellent critical thinking skills; ability to break down ambiguous problems into concrete, manageable components and think through optimal solutions
  • Ability to influence without authority
  • Clear communicator with excellent written, verbal, and listening skills
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to transpose / translate data into simplified actions/learnings/insights for stakeholders
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with an ability to drive cross-functional teams
  • Strong project management skills focused on driving change in a complex environment
  • Comfort with, and ability to operate at an aggressive, accelerated, iterative pace in a dynamic environment
