We’re looking for a Finance Technology Manager to join Snap Inc! You will primarily be responsible for managing the administration, configuration, development and support of business applications which include Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, Oracle Close Management, Oracle EPM, NetSuite OneWorld, Coupa, Blackline, Concur and Anaplan.
The Finance Technology manager will support and deliver applications, process and data solutions for Snap’s Finance organization. They will be the strategic business partner working with the business process owners to support and enhance our financials systems staying abreast of emerging technologies and lead in the design, evaluation, testing and implementation of new projects. The Finance Technology Manager will also architect the strategic roadmap to address the growing and evolving reporting needs.
The ideal candidate should include a strong finance process background with ERP, with experience in financial systems implementations at an enterprise level. They should have subject matter expertise with Financial process that include Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Fixed Assets, Reporting (including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow statements), external reporting, planning and modeling, knowledge in building and sourcing complex master data, financial data flows, automated reconciliations, and hierarchies. The candidate will also support special projects as needed. The position requires excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills, as well as an acute attention to detail.
What you’ll do:
Manage a team of Product and Application Engineers that support finance applications
Perform technical architecture and data integrity for our financial applications which include Oracle Financials Cloud, Oracle Financial Close Consolidation, Oracle EPM Cloud, Netsuite Financials, Coupa, Blackline, Concur, Anaplan and other financial tools
Manage development, deployment and maintenance of custom integrations; including middleware SaaS solutions
Develop functional and technical requirements, system configuration, data integrity and all system-related policies and procedures
Be the single point of contact for all technical activities regarding our Finance Technology applications
Take the lead with designing, developing and documenting solutions for our finance organization
Evaluate third-party software products to complement Snap’s financial applications
Manage system adoption and satisfaction for our Financial applications
Monitor end-user usage of various systems and benchmark performance
Manage and own technical aspects of Project Management related to our financial applications; including requirement gathering, stakeholder management, risk management and related communication
Develop and execute project plans based on a Project Management Methodology (waterfall and agile)
Perform regular data audits and resolve data integrity issues
Develop and test functionality and rollout of customizations, custom objects, new enhancements, application releases and system integration based on user/business needs
Document and follow formal policies, procedures, protocols for changes, customization, standards, usage, etc.
Manage compliance for Sarbanes Oxley
What we’re looking for
Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent work experience in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
Experience with Oracle Financials Cloud, Oracle Financial Close Consolidation, Oracle EPM Cloud, Netsuite Financials, Coupa, Blackline, Concur, Anaplan and other financial planning
Experience with application integrations for Oracle Financials Cloud, Oracle Financial Close Consolidation, Oracle EPM Cloud and Netsuite Financials
Minimum of 10 years management experience with Oracle Financials ERP, preferably including with Oracle Financials Cloud
Demonstrated technical proficiency in managing projects at an enterprise scale and implemented change initiatives as a technical expert for a financials ERP
Proven ability to interact and partner with all levels of management to help drive collaborative business decisions
Must possess strong quantitative and analytical skills combined with solid business and financial acumen
Demonstrated track record of process improvements and desire to implement best practices.
Results-oriented, able to anticipate change and respond to client priorities with agility

Strong knowledge of Project Management Methodologies; Waterfall and Agile
Experience managing Financial Technology applications
Experience managing cross functional projects
Effective communication with stakeholders
A detailed understanding of industry standard business practices related to Accounting (General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Invoicing, Reporting), Purchasing Management (Purchasing and Fulfilment) and IT Support processes (Case Management)
Exposure to other Accounting, Sales Force Management and Marketing business practices such as Expense Tracking, Multi-currency, Returns, etc.
Experience with software in a ‘Software as a Service’ (SaaS) environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Graduate Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration and Information Systems or a related field (e.g., MAC, MBA or MIS)
Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP certification
A Netsuite Certified SuiteCloud developer and Netsuite Certified Administrator
