Director of Revenue Enablement

ServiceTitan is seeking a Director of Revenue Enablement to join our dynamic startup in Glendale, CA. This Enablement professional will play a crucial role in supporting the explosive growth of our Revenue organization (which includes: Sales, Implementation, Support, Professional Services, Customer Training, and Customer Success). The role requires interaction with various areas of the organization and provides exposure to founders and other executives.

As our Director of Revenue Enablement, you will:

• Architect an onboarding and ongoing enablement program that optimizes for new hire time to value and peak performance, specifically focused on functional training
  • Strike the right balance of leveraging LMS / CMS systems and in person training to develop a comprehensive program that sticks
  • Aggregate and develop training collateral to fulfill curriculum requirements, ensuring that internal stakeholders are contributing and bought in
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to develop a world class curriculum of knowledge and skills that will make each Titan in the revenue organization as effective as possible
• Develop and measure performance and compliance metrics for various functions in Revenue, subsequently leveraging this information to drive training program decisions
• Deploy certification and recertification across various training programs
• Create strong relationships with internal customers and establish an open line of communication to ensure organizational alignment and a strong feedback loop
• Ensure that the enablement team is in the loop on any relevant changes to the product, business processes, and the like to avoid falling behind the business
  

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• BS/BA in Business, Education, Training, Organizational Development or relevant field, required
• MBA or MS/MA in relevant field, preferred
• 5 - 7 years of enablement or training experience
• Enablement experience in SaaS, Enterprise Software or Start-up environment, preferred
• High-growth, pre-IPO and SaaS company experience, a plus
• Excellent planning, time management, organizational and interpersonal skills & consistently delivers on commitments
