Director of Accounting, Integration Services
ServiceTitan is looking for a Director to lead our accounting team within our Professional Services group. Our accounting team is a specialized team of SMEs that support both new and existing clients. The ideal candidate will have eight or more years of professional experience which includes a balanced combination of accounting, ERP implementation, project management, and client relationship management. The Director will oversee three primary workstreams; configuration & setup of our clients’ accounting platform, migration of financial data, and ongoing support of live clients. The person will have three main responsibilities 1) Manage multiple concurrent implementation projects in coordination with both internal resources and vendors, 2) set and manage client expectations 3) further build out our processes and accounting team to support our company’s growth. The candidate will be comfortable communicating with personnel at all levels from front line payroll/accounting representatives to Controllers and CFOs. A successful candidate operates effectively in a fast paced environment, takes ownership of deliverables, demonstrates leadership, provides exceptional customer experience and has superb communications skills.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the setup and configuration of Intacct instances in coordination with our vendor partners and internal resources
- Manage multiple financial data migration projects at any given time and ensure successful delivery
- Act as an accounting subject matter expert and contribute to future product development and integration efforts
- Serve as the face of the company in front of most impactful clients and skillfully navigate all conversations, from introduction to long term relationship building
- Mentor and develop junior resources
- Coordinate with cross-functional resources to deliver against defined timelines and client accounting business requirements
- Serve as internal stakeholder for any accounting related escalations from our clients
Requirements:
- Four year degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Management. CPA is preferred
- 8-15 years of professional experience which includes at minimum 4 years in each of the following areas 1) Accounting 2) Project Management, 3) Client Relationship Management
- Strong command of accounting concepts and workflows
- Be a problem solver who has a demonstrated ability to overcome challenges with creative solutions
- Be meticulously detail oriented with the ability to multitask, manage client expectations and align external resources for quality and timely delivery of projects
- Possess a roll-up-your sleeves attitude when dealing with client escalations
- Natural ability to think several steps ahead of the client and take proactive steps to address roadblocks and issues
- A track record of being a team player and leader with strong interpersonal and communications skills
- Strong Excel skills (Index/Match, Pivot Tables, Array formulas)
- Familiarity with Intacct & Quickbooks preferred
