Endpoint is looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to ensure our Endpoint Customer Ops and Revenue teams are consistently provided a frictionless and delightful closing experience. In this role, you’ll be a strong client advocate to maintain existing business and partner with the teams in acquiring new customers. You’ll communicate internally through email, Zoom, and Slack to ensure needs are understood, measured and proactively provide them with performance indicators via metrics and scorecard reporting. 

As a Enterprise Account Manager, you will use your skills to:

  • Keep pulse on Endpoint as a client goals and strategies to support new opportunities (expanding markets etc.)
  • Partner with Endpoint external Account manager(s) and Client Success teams to ensure successful client onboarding, client retention and deepening of client wallet share through service excellence.
  • Resolve client escalations and partner with internal Endpoint enterprise operations teams to find and implement solutions to achieve maximum success for the Client.
  • Conduct Monthly Business Reviews with internal teams and maintain a performance scorecard detailing SLA adherence, and will listen to client’s needs and prioritize and facilitate improvements/change as appropriate

  • Collecting and analyzing data concerning client’s behavior to understand changing needs
  • Serves as a single point of contact for Endpoint Endpoint Customer Ops and Revenue teams
  • Proactively monitors performance to ensure we are meeting agreed upon SLA’s. Will lead calls and work with internal Client Facing Ops and Seattle Squad as necessary to calibrate on identified trends.

You'll come to Endpoint with:

  • Proven track record with 5+ years experience in B2B/SaaS Sales or individual/enterprise account management
  • Experience owning, delighting, and growing top strategic accounts
  • Ability to drive revenue from top accounts by creating a sticky relationship between our brand and its customers
  • Excellent listener who can understand customer needs and communicate Endpoint’s value proposition in a variety of settings including webinars and presentations
  • Thrives in a multi-tasking environment and can adjust priorities on-the-fly
  • Ambitious, enthusiastic, tenacious, and positive
  • Strong team player but still a self-starter
  • Ability to communicate up and ensure all stakeholders know what you are focused on

  • We offer competitive compensation; Base pay is one part of your total compensation package in addition to annual bonus. This role pays between $78,000 and $163,000 and your actual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications and experience.

This hiring range is a good faith and reasonable estimate of the salary range of possible compensation at the time of posting and is subject to change. The actual compensation offered will be determined by various factors, which may include a candidate's education, training and experience.

Every other Friday our team does e-happy hour. I really enjoy these because they're a great opportunity for our team to socialize outside of the office.
