We’re looking for an innovative and experienced Director of Provider Success to lead provider education and adoption initiatives, ensuring clients achieve maximum value from our platform.
The Director of Provider Success will lead and advance Regard’s approach to provider engagement, training, and adoption. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role requiring expertise in client success, education, change management, and healthcare technology. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to design scalable education programs, mentor a high-performing team, and drive measurable outcomes across health systems.

Responsibilities:
- Build, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of Provider Success Managers and Educators
- Design and execute scalable adoption and education programs, including curriculum, playbooks, and engagement strategies
- Monitor performance data to identify training needs, evaluate effectiveness, and optimize provider engagement
- Research and recommend best practices, tools, and technologies to enhance provider adoption and learning
- Partner with sales, product, clinical, and customer success teams to align education programs with evolving client and product needs
- Serve as a trusted advisor and voice of the provider in product development and executive discussions
- Define and track KPIs for adoption, satisfaction, and ROI
- Leverage analytics and dashboards to drive continuous improvement in programs and client outcomes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, clinical, education, or related field or equivalent experience (Master’s preferred)
- 6+ years of experience in healthcare client success, education, or change management within a health system, EHR, or SaaS environment
- 4+ years of experience leading and mentoring teams
- Proven track record driving provider adoption and satisfaction with healthcare technology
- Deep understanding of provider workflows, healthcare operations, and change management
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills with both clinicians and executives
- Located within 50 miles of a major airport and willing to travel to client sites, as needed (30% of time)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills; able to translate insights into actionable strategies
- Experience leading in an agile and dynamic startup environment
