Data Coordinator – Work Verification

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized individual to join our Work Verification Department. In this role, you will be responsible for the timely review and documenting work while ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations. You must have excellent communication and organizational skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to work independently. You should also be knowledgeable in the field of engineering, as you will be responsible for researching, preparing, and submitting any necessary applications and documents.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for analyzing digital and handwritten tables, documents, and images and accurately entering data into the compliance data systems.
• Analyze engineering and construction drawings and verify compliance with established standards and procedures and analyze written data for accuracy and completeness.
• Supports data exception reviews and deliver data reporting in electronic format per Customer Requirement and monitor changes in compliance regulations and adjust processes accordingly.
• Ensure Customer data is accurately generated, tracked and delivered in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) and/or other customer contractual requirements and assist with the development and implementation of data management policies and procedures and respond to data requests from other departments and clients.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of data and scope of work, while updating and maintaining filing systems for data records.
• Coordinate and communicate data exceptions with team lead’s and with customer data management counterparts and develop and maintain relationships with vendors and clients.
