Join our growing team at True Rx Health Strategists as a Contract Manager and take ownership of the entire contract lifecycle—leading a team, collaborating cross-functionally, and ensuring excellence from draft to execution.

100% remote with in-office requirements as needed for training and meetings.

 What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and manage our contracting team through all phases of contract development—from drafting and reviewing to redlining and execution.
  • Ensure all contracts meet legal standards, company policies, and industry regulations.
  • Partner with internal teams including Legal, Finance, Analytics, and Operations to align contracts with strategic goals.
  • Monitor risk and maintain contract compliance, tracking deadlines and obligations across the portfolio.
  • Oversee renewals, amendments, and terminations with clarity and precision.
  • Provide guidance and support on contract matters company-wide.
  • Hire, train, and manage your team, driving performance and promoting a collaborative work culture.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and process improvements to elevate team effectiveness.

 What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of contract management experience (PBM industry experience a plus).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Experience using contract management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proven leadership skills and a proactive mindset.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • 1+ years of experience managing a team.
  • Deep knowledge of contract law and legal principles.
  • Critical thinking and strong problem-solving abilities.
