We're looking for a Brand Coordinator to support the execution of MeUndies' brand experience across social media, creator marketing, affiliate partnerships, and events. This role will partner closely with the Brand Manager and Director of Brand Marketing to bring campaigns and brand initiatives to life, helping ensure MeUndies shows up consistently and authentically across every consumer touchpoint.


The ideal candidate is highly organized, culturally aware, and excited about social media, creator partnerships, and brand building. They thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy managing multiple projects at once, and are eager to contribute creative ideas while driving flawless execution.


Please note that this is a hybrid position of 4 days/week in our Los Angeles office


What You'll Do

  • Support the execution and day-to-day management of MeUndies' creator programs, including UGC creators, influencers, affiliates, and brand ambassadors.
  • Coordinate affiliate program operations, including media order placement, partner communications, and ongoing collaboration with affiliate agency partners.
  • Review creator content and identify high-performing, on-brand assets for use across social, paid media, email, and other marketing channels.
  • Assist in developing creator briefs, product seeding strategies, and campaign materials to support brand and product launches.
  • Coordinate influencer gifting programs, including product selection, shipment logistics, tracking, and follow-up communications.
  • Assist in planning and executing brand events, pop-ups, partnerships, and experiential activations.
  • Support ambassador and community marketing programs, including communications, product fulfillment, and activation logistics.
  • Conduct competitive, cultural, and social trend research, sharing insights and emerging opportunities with the broader marketing team.
  • Maintain project trackers, marketing calendars, campaign documentation, and reporting to support team organization and execution.

What You Have

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in brand marketing, product marketing, consumer marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.



The base salary range for this full-time position is $72,000 - $80,000. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the base salary range provided in this posting does not include any bonus, equity, or benefits you may be eligible for.
