We’re looking for a consumer-obsessed Head of Performance Marketing to lead all customer acquisition and retention strategies across the full funnel for MeUndies. Develop an annual social media plan and strategy to support the development and execution of on-going, monthly, quarterly and annual community initiatives to elevate & extend the brand, create new followers and expand brand awareness. Establish clear social media goals across all organic marketing platforms and regularly analyze and track against KPIs. Leverage insights to identify opportunities to improve. Create strategy and launch the first MeUndies Ambassador Program to have a network of grass-roots evangelists across the US to amplify content and further grow our community. Develop KPIs to benchmark impact and inform changes to the program. Create a robust experiential marketing strategy and manage event production including event logistics, development of content, production, venue management, and promotions. Support retail stores and pop-ups by launching events and activations that help drive traffic to the stores and encourage content creation that is shareable on social channels. Revamp the MeUndies blog and own the content strategy to promote our brand values, support product launches, and engage our community.
