Own MeUndies’ brand strategy and integrated marketing calendar across campaigns, launches, content, social, influencer, affiliate, licensing, partnerships, and communications. Leads the analytics function, establishes trusted KPIs and self-service reporting, and translates customer, operational, and financial data into executive recommendations. Oversees Looker reporting, data quality, analytics strategy, predictive use cases, profitability analysis, planning models, and cross-functional resource allocation. Coaches analytics staff and partners with Data Engineering and business leaders to identify growth opportunities, risks, and operational improvements.

The Strategic Finance Manager will build financial models, manage budgets, lead forecasting, and support strategic decision-making while collaborating cross-functionally with various departments.

Lead wholesale account management and business development for retail partners: assortment planning, in-season replenishment, sales forecasting, NuOrder setup, trade show coordination, cross-functional collaboration, and regular store travel to drive revenue and sell-through.

Lead financial strategy, FP&A, cash and capital planning, and analytics. Partner with executive team and board, build reporting infrastructure and KPIs (LTV/CAC, retention), mentor finance and analytics teams, and translate data into strategic recommendations to scale the business.
