We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Brand Marketing Assistant to support the development and execution of brand initiatives across multiple channels. This role will work closely with marketing, creative, and cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency, campaign execution, and day-to-day administrative support.
QualificationsKey Responsibilities
- Assist in executing brand marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and offline channels
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications
- Play a primary voice in the communication with the CEO’s network, prospects, clients, and industry leaders
- Conduct market and competitor research to support brand strategy
- Support asset creation (presentations, briefs, social copy, email drafts, etc.)
- Organize and coordinate meetings and follow ups in day-to-day communication
- Oversee organization and operations and be immersed in all channels within Hawke Media (opportunity to explore within all 50+ digital marketing services)
- Manage high priority, confidential information
- Support CEO in all administrative duties including: calendar management, scheduling, travel and other necessities as needed
- Ad Hoc projects as necessary
- Manage administrative tasks such as organizing files, tracking budgets, and vendor coordination
- Assist in event planning, product launches, and brand activations
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, brand, or advertising (internships count)
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social platforms, CRM tools)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
