We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative  Brand Marketing Assistant to support the development and execution of brand initiatives across multiple channels. This role will work closely with marketing, creative, and cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency, campaign execution, and day-to-day administrative support.


QualificationsKey Responsibilities
  • Assist in executing brand marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and offline channels
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications
  • Play a primary voice in the communication with the CEO’s network, prospects, clients, and industry leaders
  • Conduct market and competitor research to support brand strategy
  • Support asset creation (presentations, briefs, social copy, email drafts, etc.)
  • Organize and coordinate meetings and follow ups in day-to-day communication
  • Oversee organization and operations and be immersed in all channels within Hawke Media (opportunity to explore within all 50+ digital marketing services)
  • Manage high priority, confidential information
  • Support CEO in all administrative duties including: calendar management, scheduling, travel and other necessities as needed
  • Ad Hoc projects as necessary
  • Manage administrative tasks such as organizing files, tracking budgets, and vendor coordination
  • Assist in event planning, product launches, and brand activations
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, brand, or advertising (internships count)
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social platforms, CRM tools)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
