The Role
WME Group is seeking a sharp, proactive Assistant to support the Senior Vice President, WME Brand Strategy - a senior operator working across WME Group, and alongside major clients and enterprise initiatives. This role is the executive's operational right hand: keeping a fast-moving, high-volume schedule and workload organized, anticipating needs, and moving work forward with discretion and sound independent judgment. The ideal candidate is exceptionally organized, an excellent communicator, and comfortable interfacing with executive and senior-level leaders and their teams across the business.
What You'll Do:
Scheduling & Executive Support
Own all scheduling - calls, meetings, and a high-volume, constantly shifting calendar across multiple time zones and workstreams.
Provide phone and call support: organize and join calls, listen actively, and proactively set and track follow-ups.
Take thorough notes across multiple workstreams and drive the resulting action items to closure.
Meetings, Travel & Logistics
Manage travel logistics end-to-end; draft itineraries, agendas, and travel booklets.
Coordinate conference room reservations, A/V setup, catering, and visitor registration for meetings and visits.
Complete and reconcile expense reports in Concur, on time and accurately.
Research & Cross-Functional Coordination
Research industry, client, and market items for presentations and proposals.
Partner with HR, Legal, IT, Marketing, and Corporate Communications to support initiatives and keep work moving.
Help prepare and organize materials for leadership meetings, business reviews, and offsites.
Take on ad-hoc projects and proactively participate in initiatives to grow in the role.
You Have These:
High proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); comfort with AI tools a plus.
Discretion and sound independent judgment in handling confidential information.
Ability to work effectively with all levels of management.
Exceptional grammar, proofreading, and written and oral communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple assignments and deadlines with accuracy.
Detail-oriented, proactive, highly organized, and a polished, professional demeanor.
Exceptional interpersonal skills; interest in brands, marketing or entertainment a plus.

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Hiring Rate Minimum:
