ABM & Digital Marketing Specialist
Compensation $80,000-$110,000 per year depending on experience

We’re looking for a results-driven Account-Based Marketing (ABM) & Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in executing impactful campaigns across multiple channels, including ABM platforms, paid media, and software review sites, with the aim of attracting inbound prospects and nurturing them through the sales funnel.  

This is an excellent opportunity if you have experience with 6Sense and other ABM initiatives and platforms, and are eager to make a significant impact at a fast-growing FinTech SaaS company. For this role, we are open to US-based candidates in the following states: CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, LA, MA, MD, MI, MN, NC, NJ, NY, OH, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, and WI, with preference to Eastern time zone residency. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate ABM campaigns and strategies, acting as the 6Sense point-of-contact and champion.  
  • Evaluate, then spearhead the launch of Mutiny. 
  • Launch, monitor, and optimize SEM campaigns on Google and Bing, while evaluating new opportunities, channels, and ad formats. 
  • Develop and optimize the company’s presence on platforms such as G2, Capterra, Software Advice, and others. 
  • Refine audience segments across platforms and deliver personalized marketing messages tailored to TOFU/BOFU stages. Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and other campaign elements to optimize conversion rates and engagement. 
  • Assess SEO status, propose priorities, and carry out SEO-related projects to improve visibility and search rankings. 
  • Oversee UTM processes and work with the data team to ensure accurate tracking of inbound digital marketing leads. 
  • Analyze campaign performance, ROI, and spend using tools like GA4, Looker Studio, and Tableau, refining future campaigns based on data insights. 
  • Create monthly SEM and SEO performance reports to track progress and improve future strategies. 
  • Assist with website updates and landing page creation to improve conversion rates. 
  • Track and manage campaign budgets closely, providing periodic budget reports and adjusting to maximize ROI. 
  • Support product launches, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives, while also assisting with email and social media marketing when required. 

 

What You Will Need to Succeed:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, with 3+ years specializing in SEM and ABM. 
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the SaaS industry, preferably in FinTech. 
  • Proficiency in 6Sense, Looker Studio, Tableau, and Salesforce. 
  • Familiarity with Asana, WordPress, Mutiny, and Marketo or HubSpot is a plus. 
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Ability to think both strategically and creatively, with a focus on continuous improvement. 
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making. 
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
