Own TikTok Shop LIVE operations for Sunny Health & Fitness across Brand and Creator LIVEs: plan and schedule sessions, build scripts and run-of-show documents, coordinate talent and studio logistics, monitor live performance and promotions, recruit and onboard creators, track weekly metrics (GMV, viewers, ATC, conversions), and optimize strategy.

Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon and other marketplaces: create and update titles, descriptions, images and A+ content; perform keyword research and SEO; monitor listing health and performance; resolve compliance or suppression issues; coordinate with marketing, creative, and operations; and support marketplace expansion.

Provide executive-level administrative support while managing office operations and facilities: coordinate events, streamline processes, oversee maintenance and vendors, manage repair budgets, liaise across departments, conduct research, and handle other assigned duties.

Manage and optimize Shopify DTC site and third-party marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart) including listings, promotions, inventory coordination, performance analysis, and cross-functional campaign execution to improve conversion, profitability, and customer experience.

Manage and grow the company's TikTok Shop, optimizing account health, sales, inventory, promotions, content, and ad performance. Analyze KPIs, forecast demand, coordinate creators and internal teams, and run campaigns to increase revenue and conversion.

Coordinate full product lifecycle—order placement, production scheduling, QA/inspection, testing, measuring, and data entry. Track and resolve production and development issues with vendors, factories, and designers.
