Supports social media strategy execution across multiple platforms by maintaining content calendars, coordinating assets, scheduling and publishing posts, monitoring audience engagement, tracking trends, assisting influencer campaigns, and contributing to performance reporting. The role also collaborates with internal teams to maintain consistent brand messaging and may support social-first content creation, product launches, social commerce, and affiliate initiatives.

Provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the CEO, including calendar and meeting coordination, executive materials, note-taking, communications, project follow-up, research, travel planning, and confidential information handling. Serves as a bilingual Mandarin-English liaison between executives, employees, customers, vendors, and business partners while bridging U.S. and Chinese business cultures. Supports executive events, special projects, and urgent requests with discretion, organization, and flexibility.

Creates digital, print, eCommerce, packaging, advertising, and social media assets while maintaining brand consistency. Photographs products, models, and lifestyle scenes using professional studio lighting and tethered Capture One workflows. Retouches and composites images in Photoshop and Capture One, manages studio equipment and working files, and collaborates with marketing and content teams on campaigns and product launches.
