Key Responsibilities:
- Define TikTok Shop growth strategy and long-term business roadmap.
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue, brand awareness, and customer acquisition.
- Develop strategic plans across creators, affiliates, livestream commerce, and paid marketing.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and TikTok platform updates.
- Establish performance goals, KPIs, and measurement frameworks.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to execute growth initiatives.
- Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- 5+ years of experience in digital commerce, social commerce, marketplace strategy, or growth marketing.
- Deep understanding of TikTok ecosystem, consumer behavior, and social shopping trends.
- Experience developing and executing growth strategies that drive measurable business results.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Experience managing partnerships with creators, agencies, affiliates, or external vendors.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce metrics including GMV, conversion rate, CAC, ROI, and customer lifetime value.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and lead initiatives without direct authority.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and executive-level reporting skills.
