Lead, plan, coordinate, and supervise the Day Treatment Intensive (DTI) Program for adolescents. Manage staffing, program scheduling, group therapy and activities, documentation, billing participation, regulatory compliance, community contacts, and supervise therapists and aides while working some evenings and weekends.

Administer, troubleshoot, and optimize Microsoft 365 and related cloud applications and infrastructure. Support, configure, and maintain applications, databases, and servers; lead application development governance, SDLC standards, version control adoption, AI-assisted methodologies, and vendor coordination to scale internal apps and automation.

Provide third-level technical support, administration, configuration, and maintenance for assigned applications, databases, and servers. Lead special projects, ensure infrastructure reliability, and serve as the Microsoft 365 System Administrator performing hands-on installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Microsoft cloud technologies.
