Provide direct client care and medication administration in a behavioral health urgent care setting. Monitor and document patients' physical and mental condition, report to the RN and physician, confirm medication deliveries, write client summaries, and assist with shift nursing assignments to maintain safety and quality care.

Provide direct nursing care in a 16-bed crisis residential treatment program: administer medications (including injections), assess physical health, develop and implement nursing care plans for adults with psychiatric needs, engage clients and families, and support short-term stabilization and case management in a 24/7, on-site setting.

Provide resource identification, referrals, and training support for clients and families in a voluntary residential mental health program. Assist staff and consumers to determine needs, locate community services, and coordinate with outside agencies and the public.

Provide and coordinate safety and security for clients, staff, visitors, and vehicles at a behavioral health urgent care center. Screen for contraband, monitor surveillance, control access, perform security checks, respond to emergencies, train Safety Specialists (including ProAct), manage vehicle safety/maintenance and report safety trends to program leadership.

Develops, coordinates, and delivers clinical training across the Southern Region. Oversees new employee orientation, required in-service and specialized clinical trainings, maintains training records, delivers sessions, partners with counties and universities, secures trainers, and develops joint training initiatives supporting treatment of seriously emotionally disturbed clients.

Provide direct psychiatric nursing care at a crisis residential treatment facility: administer medications (including injections), assess physical health, develop and implement nursing care plans within LVN scope, engage clients and families, and support clients' age-related and psychiatric needs in a short-term residential setting.

Lead, plan, coordinate, and supervise the Day Treatment Intensive (DTI) Program for adolescents. Manage staffing, program scheduling, group therapy and activities, documentation, billing participation, regulatory compliance, community contacts, and supervise therapists and aides while working some evenings and weekends.
