Oversee the day-to-day operation of a crisis stabilization facility, including policy development, risk management, safety, quality assurance, utilization review, regulatory compliance, and supervision of billing, medical records, and facility departments. The Administrator also manages county and community relationships, coordinates contracted services, and supports operational and system reviews.

Provides direct nursing care in a 16-bed residential behavioral health facility. Responsibilities include administering medications and injections, assessing clients’ physical health, engaging clients and families, developing nursing care plans, and applying knowledge of psychiatric illness within the LVN/LPT scope of practice.

Provides direct nursing care in a 24/7 crisis residential treatment program for adults with mental health challenges. Administers medications and injections, assesses physical health with clients and families, develops nursing care plans within scope of practice, and supports individuals receiving psychiatric treatment and counseling.

Lead, plan, coordinate, and supervise the Day Treatment Intensive (DTI) Program for adolescents. Manage staffing, program scheduling, group therapy and activities, documentation, billing participation, regulatory compliance, community contacts, and supervise therapists and aides while working some evenings and weekends.

Provide direct nursing care in a 16-bed psychiatric residential facility, including medication administration (including injections), physical health assessments, nursing care planning within scope, client/family engagement, and support for life-skills and housing transition. Work is on-call in a short-term, intensive treatment setting as an alternative to hospitalization.

Develop persuasive, compliant grant applications and government RFP responses for California behavioral health programs. Manage proposal development end to end, including requirements tracking, stakeholder coordination, document review, version control, data gathering, and compliance audits. Collaborate with executive, clinical, finance, and administrative teams to communicate program models, outcomes, staffing strategies, and partnerships. Adapt proposal frameworks to meet funder requirements while protecting sensitive data and maintaining organizational voice.
