Teams at STARS

Provide direct client care and medication administration in a behavioral health urgent care setting. Monitor and document patients' physical and mental condition, report to the RN and physician, confirm medication deliveries, write client summaries, and assist with shift nursing assignments to maintain safety and quality care.

Provide direct nursing care in a 16-bed crisis residential treatment program: administer medications (including injections), assess physical health, develop and implement nursing care plans for adults with psychiatric needs, engage clients and families, and support short-term stabilization and case management in a 24/7, on-site setting.

Provide resource identification, referrals, and training support for clients and families in a voluntary residential mental health program. Assist staff and consumers to determine needs, locate community services, and coordinate with outside agencies and the public.
