Own a book of accounts to identify, develop, and close expansion opportunities across eCommerce channels and global logistics. Manage full sales cycle, negotiate contracts, maintain CRM and forecast, partner with Merchant Success and cross-functional teams, and ensure smooth post-sale handoffs to drive revenue growth.

Manage and coach a team of Account Executives to drive pipeline, forecasting, and quota attainment. Conduct weekly pipeline reviews, monitor SFDC dashboards, support deal-closing, run call reviews, hire and train AEs, collaborate cross-functionally with Enablement, Product, and Operations to improve conversion and shorten sales cycles.
