Supports footwear and accessories product development from sampling through production. Responsibilities include managing sample requests and shipments, maintaining WIP trackers, calendars, tech packs, costing sheets, and product data, organizing fit samples, documenting fit-session notes, coordinating materials and approvals, and communicating with overseas vendors and cross-functional teams. The role emphasizes organization, data accuracy, deadline management, and operational follow-through rather than design.

Manages celebrity and stylist partnerships for REVOLVE and FWRD from recruitment and contract execution through product loans, campaign coordination, on-site support, relationship management, KPI reporting, and ROI analysis. Collaborates with creative, merchandising, PR, social, legal, and retail teams to ensure partnership deliverables are completed smoothly and maintains organized workflows, documentation, budgets, and timelines.

Creates original graphics, prints, patterns, logos, branding assets, packaging designs, and production-ready artwork for women’s and men’s apparel brands. Prepares CAD files, print packages, and tech packs for vendors; performs color separations, recoloring, and artwork cleanup. Collaborates with the Textile and Art Director, manages multiple deadlines, monitors fashion and technology trends, and uses illustration or hand drawing when needed.

Supports brand marketing projects and partnerships, especially retail initiatives. Coordinates cross-functional deliverables with internal teams and external property partners, manages retail marketing timelines and assets, collaborates on product drops and special projects, and prepares post-project reports. The role also involves budget planning, contract review, and legal-term management for influencer and partnership agreements.

Support the Quality Assurance department’s dry-cleaning operations by receiving, sorting, scanning, checking in and out, inspecting, tagging, bagging, mending, restoring, and approving merchandise. Assist with liquidation, inventory pickups, defect processing, and other departmental tasks. The role requires careful identification of apparel flaws, strong organization and multitasking, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Support planning, coordination, and execution of REVOLVE and FWRD events. Provide administrative and logistical support including vendor coordination, timelines, inventory, onsite setup/strike, guest experience, expense tracking, and cross-functional communication to deliver seamless brand experiences.

Manage product development for Activewear and Swim across multiple brands from concept through production. Own fabric R&D, lead WIPs and costing, negotiate target costs, allocate production to vendors, travel to overseas factories, mentor junior staff, and drive process and quality improvements while coordinating cross-functional teams to meet tight calendars and margins.

Support the Fabric R&D team with administrative and operational tasks: maintain WIP fabric data, input fabric details into PLM, track and order sample yardage, organize the physical fabric library and binders, take/upload fabric photos, assist cross-functional buy meeting prep, and manage sourcing packages.

The Fabric R&D Associate manages fabric allocations, oversees development processes, negotiates costs, and ensures communication across departments while maintaining quality and costs.

The Sr. Associate Product Developer collaborates with teams to manage garment production, ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery through effective communication and organization.

The Senior Financial Analyst at REVOLVE will manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models, analyze data, produce reports, and support decision-making processes in a dynamic work environment.
