The International Operations Manager supports daily operations by coordinating with internal departments and external partners, improving shipping solutions, and monitoring performance metrics.

Executes replenishment strategies to optimize inventory levels, maximize in-stock rates, support sales growth, and minimize markdown risk. Monitors demand-planning algorithms, evaluates forecasting accuracy, analyzes sales and inventory trends, and communicates insights and opportunities to Planning and Buying teams. The role requires strong quantitative, Excel modeling, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced e-commerce fashion environment.

The Fabric R&D Associate manages fabric development for multiple brands, including allocations, swatches, costing, quality, lead times, minimum order quantities, vendor communication, and cross-functional coordination with Design and Product Development. The role maintains accurate data, negotiates fabric costs, resolves development issues, supports process improvements, and may train or manage junior team members. Strong textile, fiber, sourcing, organizational, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are required.
