Main purpose of the Executive Assistant position:
Revolve is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive assistant to our Chief Creative Officer.
Major Responsibilities:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Own the CCO’s calendar, managing complex schedules, prioritizing meetings and protecting the CCO’s time.
- Arrange end-to-end travel logistics, including itineraries that anticipate potential changes.
- Handle confidential communications with discretion and professionalism.
- Process monthly expense reports and maintain budgets.
- Oversee invoicing and payment approvals, ensuring timely processing.
- Coordinate staff gifting and celebrations.
- Assist with contract negotiations, executions and databases on CCO’s behalf.
- Maintain fluency in tools like Google Workspace, Atlassian, Concur and project management platforms.
Required Competencies:
To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:
- Strategic calendar management with zero errors.
- Anticipating needs before they arise.
- Implementing new processes that increase efficiencies.
- Building strong relationships with cross-functional and external partners.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or communication.
- 4+ years of administrative experience supporting upper management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, often requiring diplomacy and discretion.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or communication.
- 6+ years of experience supporting C-level executives.
- Proficient in Google Workspace, Concur and Atlassian.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, often requiring diplomacy and discretion.

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $71,000 to $75,000.
