Partners with accounting, FP&A, and operations while maintaining accurate, auditable models and datasets.

Supports weekly and monthly S&OP reporting across demand, supply, inventory, and financial performance. Builds Power BI dashboards, recurring reports, and executive presentations; analyzes forecast accuracy, inventory health, service levels, and plan deviations; reconciles fragmented data from ERP and planning systems; and provides actionable insights to cross-functional stakeholders. Uses AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot to automate reporting, summarize variances, detect anomalies, and improve analytics workflows.

Plans and conducts risk-based financial, operational, and compliance audits across global operations. Evaluates internal controls, fraud prevention, accounting processes, and regulatory compliance; prepares audit reports; tracks remediation; and recommends process improvements. Supports finance and accounting transformation initiatives, updates policies and procedures, and collaborates with diverse stakeholders across multiple business units and ERP systems.

The Internal Audit Manager designs and leads risk-based financial, operational, and compliance audits; evaluates internal controls and fraud prevention; reports findings to executives; supports accounting transformation and external audits; advises on risk mitigation; monitors remediation; and supervises, recruits, and develops the internal audit team. The role also maintains accounting policies, coordinates across global business units, and identifies process improvements and cost-saving opportunities.

Oversee global accounting operations, monthly close, consolidations, intercompany eliminations, foreign currency translation, reconciliations, financial analysis, audit support, and U.S. GAAP compliance. Processes full-cycle accounts payable, including invoice review, coding, approvals, payments, purchase order matching, vendor maintenance, reconciliations, accruals, cash requirements, and month-end close. Supports audits, maintains financial records and payment templates, handles 1099 reporting, and resolves billing issues with vendors and internal departments. Requires strong Excel, accounting knowledge, organizational skills, accuracy, and experience working with multiple companies and ERP systems.

Lead cost accounting for multiple brands: maintain standard costing, analyze manufacturing variances, report product cost trends, support budgeting/forecasts, improve cost systems across ERPs, ensure inventory valuation and compliance, support audits, and recruit and develop a cost accounting team.

Provide B2C support via inbound calls, email, and chat for order status, product inquiries, warranties, returns, and general assistance. Proactively engage customers to drive loyalty and lifetime value, meet SLAs and daily KPIs, support outbound campaigns and occasional wholesale inquiries, maintain product and promotion knowledge, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve tickets and delight customers.

Lead global logistics operations including transportation, 3PL warehousing, customs compliance, carrier and supplier negotiations, budgeting, performance analytics, and continuous improvement.
