JOB OVERVIEW

The Sales Specialist- Key Accounts at Revelyst plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth coordination of sales activities, from managing key account meetings to overseeing sell in meetings and creating impactful presentations. Success in this position is marked by seamless meeting execution, and the effective support of key account managers, contributing to enhanced customer satisfaction and streamlined sales communications. This role serves as the linchpin in the sales organization, facilitating communication between internal teams and external customers, optimizing processes, and maintaining organized records. By excelling in this position, the Sales Specialist directly contributes to the overall efficiency and success of Revelyst sales endeavors.

This position reports to the Sr. Key Account Manager and is based out of our Irvine office.   

As the Sales Specialist you will have an opportunity to:

  • Provide administrative support to Key Account Managers in the action sports industry.
  • Assist in managing and organizing sales-related documentation and reports.
  • Coordinate communication between internal teams and external clients.
  • Monitor and track sales orders, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and sales materials for key account meetings.
  • Handle inquiries and requests from key accounts in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Coordinate sales events such as seasonal sales meetings, retailer events, and ad hoc sales team travel.
  • Ensure timely follow up on tasks and due dates.

You have:

  • High School Diploma
  • Previous experience in a sales support or coordinator role
  • Familiarity with the action sports industry, particularly in apparel, motocross, and mountain bike gear.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must be able to lift 25lbs on occasion

Pay Range:

Annual Salary: $67,500.00 - $75,000.00

The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
