Leads enterprise FP&A reporting, consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial modeling, and executive reporting across multiple business units. Manages analysts, improves reporting automation and planning tools, partners with finance and operations leaders, and supports M&A diligence, integration tracking, and post-close performance monitoring.

Manage the full accounts payable cycle, including invoice processing, timely payments, general ledger coding, vendor statement reconciliations, and month-end close support. Collaborate with Purchasing, Receiving, and Accounting to match purchase orders, invoices, and receipts; maintain vendor documentation; prepare 1099s; create journal entries; perform balance sheet reconciliations; and improve controls to prevent overpayments and overdue obligations.

Provides administrative and operational support to key account managers by organizing sales documentation, coordinating internal and client communications, tracking orders, preparing presentations, maintaining customer records, handling inquiries, and coordinating sales meetings, retailer events, and team travel. The role supports timely follow-up, customer satisfaction, and efficient sales communications within the action sports industry.
