Mentor junior designers, manage multiple projects from concept to delivery, ensure brand consistency, produce high-quality visual assets, collaborate with marketing and product teams, and maintain quality control and trend-aware design solutions.

Create detailed 3D CAD models and organic surfacing for helmets, translating 2D concepts into manufacturable products. Collaborate with industrial designers and engineering to meet certification, cost, and timeline targets, support commercialization, and research market trends.
