Partner with retail business teams across merchandising, inventory, finance, stores, eCommerce, supply chain, and marketing. Incorporate AI-enabled analytics, document solutions, and improve reporting standards.

Leads Pacsun’s trade compliance function, overseeing customs classification, valuation, country of origin, broker coordination, audits, CTPAT, ISA, and duty management. Supervises trade compliance staff, ensures adherence to U.S. Customs and government agency requirements, analyzes duty and compliance reporting, supports cross-functional import operations, and drives corrective actions and process improvements. The role requires extensive trade compliance experience, team leadership, advanced Excel skills, and expertise in customs regulations, audit programs, duty savings, and import processes.

Manages business applications and leads analysts, developers, engineers, and architects supporting assigned systems. Oversees application availability, 2nd- and 3rd-level support, project planning, SDLC activities, implementations, and system optimization. Supervises, mentors, hires, and develops IT staff while coordinating with business stakeholders, vendors, and executives. Maintains strategic systems plans and reports team, project, and system status to leadership.

Leads SEO, AEO, GEO, product feed optimization, paid media technology, ad operations, AI marketing applications, and analytics measurement. Manages technical implementations, tracking, catalog quality, reporting, attribution, vendor relationships, and cross-functional delivery across Engineering, Analytics, Paid Media, Merchandising, and Creative. Identifies growth opportunities, troubleshoots data and platform issues, evaluates AI tools, and translates marketing performance insights into actionable recommendations.

Leads garment fit, construction, grading, pattern corrections, and technical specification development for women's bottoms. Directs live-model fit sessions, supervises technical designers, resolves vendor issues, maintains tech packs and pattern libraries, and ensures brand consistency and on-time delivery. Collaborates with design, merchandising, product development, and vendors using PLM, Illustrator, and pattern systems. Requires extensive apparel technical design, pattern making, denim, and women's bottoms experience, with travel to Asia as needed.

Manage and optimize email, SMS, and app marketing campaigns from planning through deployment. Develop CRM calendars, segmentation strategies, customer journeys, loyalty campaigns, forecasts, A/B tests, reporting, and performance recommendations. Collaborate cross-functionally with merchandising, e-commerce, planning, and brand marketing teams while ensuring campaign QA, compliance, deliverability, and alignment with sales and brand goals.

Assists the women’s apparel designer with seasonal concepts, flat sketches, tech packs, BOMs, technical packages, fittings, sample development, and vendor communications. Conducts market and trend research, supports fabric, trim, color, wash, and garment development, and coordinates with merchandising, product management, technical teams, and vendors to meet deadlines and execute styles from concept through completion.

Supports apparel product development by receiving, reviewing, distributing, filing, and tracking samples, lab dips, strike-offs, and production approvals. Coordinates with vendors to follow up on fit, PP, and TOP samples, updates WIP tracking, builds purchase orders, and collaborates cross-functionally. Requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, multitasking, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; PLM experience is preferred.
