The Closing Associate coordinates and manages the loan closing process, ensuring documentation accuracy and timely communication with stakeholders.

Support planning, coordination, and execution of real estate construction and renovation projects. Manage minor projects, contractor sourcing, bid analysis, approvals, kickoff/closeout meetings, stakeholder liaison, project admin (minutes, POs, change orders, invoices), and status updates to ensure on-time, on-budget, compliant delivery.

Underwrite and analyze complex multifamily loans per Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac guidelines. Perform financial, market, economic and demographic research; prepare loan approval packages; coordinate with originators, closings and senior credit; conduct property inspections as needed. Train in GSE programs and support transaction structuring. Travel ~10-20%.
