Develop and execute supply chain strategies for assigned customer accounts, overseeing purchasing, planning, inventory control, capacity planning, product launches, and transfers. Improve delivery performance, inventory optimization, working capital, and supply risk management. Lead supplier negotiations, repricing, and cost-reduction initiatives while coordinating Sales, Operations, Procurement, customers, suppliers, and remote materials teams.

Supports product and process implementation in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include developing manufacturing and test work instructions, validating processes, supporting production layouts, interpreting engineering specifications and schematics, troubleshooting, conducting quality system audits, and supporting DFM/DFA activities. The role requires an engineering-related associate degree or equivalent training, familiarity with electronic manufacturing systems and Microsoft Office, and the ability to work with fine tools in a controlled production environment.

Operates automatic and manual wire bond equipment in a cleanroom to manufacture high-reliability microelectronic devices. Reads drawings and work instructions, sets up and fine-tunes equipment, inspects assemblies, performs quality checks, handles fine tools under a microscope, follows ESD and safety procedures, and supports production and continuous-improvement objectives.

Performs quality engineering activities in a manufacturing environment, including QMS support, documentation review, calibration database maintenance, corrective and preventive actions, lean initiatives, training, RMA trend analysis, customer quality liaison work, ISO internal audits, and AS9102 First Article Inspections. The role requires adherence to IPC, ISO, FDA, ESD, and component handling standards while supporting quality, compliance, and continuous improvement objectives.

Operates automatic and manual wire bond equipment in a clean-room environment to manufacture high-reliability microelectronic devices. Reads drawings and work instructions, sets up and fine-tunes equipment, handles delicate tools, performs inspections, verifies bond quality, follows ESD and safety procedures, and meets production and quality standards. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent; manufacturing equipment and ISO/AS9100 experience are preferred. U.S. citizenship is required for ITAR/CUI compliance.

Assemble and solder electronic components, subassemblies, and printed circuit boards using work instructions, drawings, hand tools, soldering equipment, and inspection procedures. Perform through-hole and SMT assembly, component rework, depaneling, cleaning, tinning, conformal coating, testing, and defect inspection while following IPC-A-610 Class 3, J-STD-001, MIL-STD, and ESD requirements.

Leads purchasing and sourcing strategy for raw materials, finished goods, supplies, and services. Manages procurement staff, supplier performance, contracts, inventory flow, cost-reduction initiatives, material availability, risk assessments, and supplier quality. Partners with plant, engineering, product, accounting, and program teams to optimize sourcing, inventory, pricing, and delivery while maintaining compliance with ISO 9001, AS9100, environmental regulations, ITAR, CUI, and counterfeit-risk requirements.

Leads the site program management organization, ensuring program quality, on-time delivery, customer satisfaction, and issue escalation. Oversees program meetings, new product development support, sales forecasting, staff supervision, training, mentoring, and competency improvement. Partners with business development, customers, and senior site leadership while supporting quality, environmental, health, safety, security, and 6S objectives.

Supports and improves electronics manufacturing processes and equipment, including SMT, soldering, inspection, cleaning, and testing systems. Programs, troubleshoots, and maintains equipment; evaluates materials and new installations; analyzes yield and defect data; develops process improvements; prepares capital investment proposals and reports; guides production employees; collaborates with vendors and business groups; and ensures compliance with IPC, ISO, EHS, quality, and 6S standards.

Maintain and manage assembly and customer documentation and ERP records. Upload, verify, edit, and release BOMs; assign and implement ECOs; link electronic documents; perform line-by-line reviews against customer documentation; create and distribute product folders; support ISO quality systems and site 6S objectives; operate scanning equipment and perform other assigned duties.

Lead execution and governance of ERP/MES/BI and related manufacturing systems (Epicor, Aegis), build and manage a small AI-enabled development team, drive process standardization, vendor oversight, data/BI governance, M&A systems readiness, and ensure compliance with ITAR/CUI and regulated manufacturing requirements.

Support product sustaining engineering by installing and maintaining ATE and functional test stations, programming/maintaining test fixtures, performing failure analysis and root-cause troubleshooting, supporting manufacturing production goals, and following ISO/6S/quality procedures.

Implement and support continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing projects at the Mason facility. Facilitate Kaizen events, collect/process data, troubleshoot production issues, lead cross-functional teams, document processes, and deliver results using MS Office and Lean Six Sigma tools.

Lead a team of account managers to drive retention, expand account portfolios, negotiate contracts, and ensure client success and profitability through strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, performance monitoring, and fiscal management.
