NEOTech is a leading Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) provider serving the aerospace, defense, medical, and industrial markets. Our Chatsworth site needs a Director of Program Management to own customer program performance from new product introduction (NPI) through production. You will be a member of site senior staff, the second level of escalation on critical program issues, and a senior partner to Business Development.

This role is for an experienced EMS program leader who has run customer programs, owned P&L results, and built strong program management teams. It is not an entry point into the industry.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the site's senior program management representative and a member of the site leadership team
  • Act as the second level of escalation on critical program, delivery, and customer issues
  • Partner with Business Development to launch new products and support customers through development and NPI
  • Lead regular program reviews covering quality, on-time delivery, and customer requirements
  • Provide site incremental sales forecast data and support revenue planning
  • Directly lead, mentor, and develop the Program Manager team, identify capability gaps, and build development plans
  • Uphold ISO-based quality, environmental, health, safety, and security management systems and support 6S objectives
What You Bring (Required)
  • 10–15 years of program management experience
  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred
  • 7+ years in the EMS / contract electronics manufacturing industry (PCBA, box build, or system integration)
  • 5+ years of direct people leadership managing multiple skilled direct reports
  • P&L responsibility and strong business acumen
  • Proven ability to influence customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams
  • Strong written, verbal, and executive presentation skills

U.S. Citizenship required (ITAR / CUI compliance)

Preferred

  • Experience with aerospace, defense, medical, or other regulated-market customers
  • Background leading NPI-to-production transitions in a high-mix, low-to-mid-volume environment
