Develop and execute supply chain strategies for assigned customer accounts, overseeing purchasing, planning, inventory control, capacity planning, product launches, and transfers. Improve delivery performance, inventory optimization, working capital, and supply risk management. Lead supplier negotiations, repricing, and cost-reduction initiatives while coordinating Sales, Operations, Procurement, customers, suppliers, and remote materials teams.

Supports product and process implementation in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include developing manufacturing and test work instructions, validating processes, supporting production layouts, interpreting engineering specifications and schematics, troubleshooting, conducting quality system audits, and supporting DFM/DFA activities. The role requires an engineering-related associate degree or equivalent training, familiarity with electronic manufacturing systems and Microsoft Office, and the ability to work with fine tools in a controlled production environment.

Operates automatic and manual wire bond equipment in a cleanroom to manufacture high-reliability microelectronic devices. Reads drawings and work instructions, sets up and fine-tunes equipment, inspects assemblies, performs quality checks, handles fine tools under a microscope, follows ESD and safety procedures, and supports production and continuous-improvement objectives.
