Lead and scale People operations across two companies: build recruiting pipelines and employer brand, run structured onboarding, implement data-driven performance management, configure Rippling for goals and people data, own training and SOC 2/ISO 27001 people controls, manage people-risk (agreements, policies, investigations), and design scalable comp, compliance (California-first), engagement, and retention processes.

Own and deliver the multi-module B2B vertical SaaS product launch with the flagship customer: define go-to-market and onboarding, run continuous user testing, manage cross-team dependencies and roadmap delivery with engineering, iterate live modules, measure outcomes, and build and lead the product and design organization for scale.

Build and optimize Moon's real-time 3D experience using React Three Fiber and Three.js. Own render/runtime performance, design compact 3D data formats and asset pipelines, implement scene-graph systems (materials, lighting, geometry, instancing), profile GPU/CPU/memory bottlenecks, and ship reusable, documented 3D APIs for consuming teams.
