Jean-Paul Dumouchel prefers to spend as much time as possible with his two young kids, which is why he appreciates MDB’s hybrid work schedule. When working from home, he gets to drop his kids off at school and spend an hour focusing on his mental health by going for a run or a walk on the beach.
