Million Dollar Baby Co hosts several awesome events like our weekly happy hour, monthly celebrations, and different holiday celebrations throughout the year. We also have an annual Chili Cook Off!

I have never been at a company that supports your career growth like MDB Co. - they created a culture that allows you to speak freely about where you want your career to go. Managers scheduled growth conversations 2x a year, where you put your growth in writing and a plan in place to help you get there. We are empowered and supported at all times!

We are blessed to be in a company that invests on platforms like Asana, Teams, Slack, Zoom and more that are useful when collaborating and communicating projects with other teams. We also have SharePoint where we can collaborate on files if needed. These platforms keep as aligned and well organized.

Since I started at MDB over 5 years ago, I’ve had 4 different job titles. I started on the Consumer Support team, and moved to the Purchasing team, where I have since gone from Buyer to Senior Buyer. It’s great that here, you can not only move up on your team, but move to another team if you find that more fulfilling!
