Own the full accounts payable process, including invoice processing, payment runs, vendor reconciliation, record maintenance, month-end close, 1099 preparation, PO matching, AP-related general ledger accuracy, and audit support. The role also requires cross-functional collaboration, vendor communication, and adherence to GAAP, accounting policies, and tax regulations.

Manages influencer and UGC partnerships across multiple children’s furnishings brands, including creator sourcing, outreach, negotiation, briefing, contracting, content review, asset organization, and payment coordination. Collaborates with growth marketing, brand, DTC, creative, and PR teams to support paid social content, best-seller campaigns, press requests, and seasonal product priorities.

Create photography and video content for multiple furniture brands across studio, retail, partner, and location shoots. Produce interiors, product, lifestyle, talent, social, and paid-media content while directing models and families. Manage pre-production, tethered capture, file organization, retouching, editing, color grading, sound, and final delivery. Maintain studio equipment, track visual trends and competitors, and collaborate with creative, brand, social, and e-commerce teams.
