Leads and scales an Account Executive team, owning revenue performance, quota attainment, pipeline coverage, forecasting, recruiting, coaching, and sales execution. Personally manages strategic enterprise opportunities, executive relationships, negotiations, and complex deal strategy. Partners with the CRO and cross-functional teams on territory design, compensation, hiring, sales processes, and growth strategy while translating market feedback into company action.

Lead enterprise creative demos, pilots, and deployments using generative AI video workflows. Direct cinematic content production from brief through delivery, develop repeatable prompting and automation systems, reverse-engineer visual styles, train customer creative teams, present to executives, and relay customer insights to Product, Engineering, and Research.

The GTM Manager will drive commercial growth by increasing product usage, managing strategic accounts, and identifying revenue opportunities. Responsibilities include customer engagement, product demonstrations, and refining GTM strategies. Requires strong customer instincts and cross-functional collaboration.
