Why work at Higgsfield AI?
Higgsfield AI is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $700M in annual revenue run rate, 30M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands.
We're building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining Higgsfield means becoming part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-native experiences, at a company that isn't just moving fast, but rewriting what fast looks like.
About the role:

We’re looking for a Forward Deployed Creative Lead to sit at the intersection of generative AI, cinematic production, and enterprise customers.

You’ll turn customer briefs into exceptional demos and pilots, build production-ready AI workflows, and work directly with creative teams to bring Higgsfield into real-world production.

The creative bar is extremely high. You understand why a shot works — from lensing, lighting, and composition to camera movement, pacing, and edit rhythm — and know how to reliably achieve commercial-quality results with generative models.

What you'll do:

  • Own the technical and creative execution of enterprise demos, pilots, and deployments from brief through final delivery.

  • Direct and produce cinematic AI content, including shot design, generation, consistency, editing, and delivery.

  • Build repeatable production workflows using generative models, prompting systems, APIs, MCP, automation, and agentic workflows.

  • Reverse-engineer reference ads, film looks, and visual styles into reproducible Higgsfield workflows.

  • Lead live demos, workshops, and hands-on training for customer creative teams.

  • Partner directly with CMOs, creative directors, production leaders, and technical stakeholders.

  • Bring customer insights, product gaps, and emerging use cases back to Product, Engineering, and Research.

  • Stay at the forefront of image and video generation and continuously push what’s possible with Higgsfield.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional portfolio of cinematic AI work at commercial quality — portfolio first.

  • 5+ years of experience in film, advertising, commercial, or creative production, including 2+ years hands-on with generative AI.

  • Deep fluency across image and video models, consistency techniques, VFX, motion, and AI production workflows.

  • Strong cinematic fundamentals across shot design, lighting, composition, storyboarding, camera movement, and editing.

  • Experience delivering customer-facing pilots, PoCs, or productions from brief through final output.

  • Comfortable presenting to executives and running live demos.

  • Ability to translate complex AI workflows for non-technical creative teams.

  • High agency, strong ownership, and the ability to move quickly in a startup environment.

  • Excellent communication skills.
    Compensation & Benefits:

  • We offer a competitive and thoughtfully structured compensation package designed to align with impact, experience, and long-term growth.

  • Base Salary: The anticipated salary range for this role is $125,000 - $200,000, depending on experience, skills, scope, and location.

  • Bonus: This role is Bonus eligible and may participate in the Company's discretionary annual bonus program.

  • Equity: In addition to cash compensation, employees are eligible to participate in the company’s stock option program and share in Higgsfield AI’s long-term growth.

  • Benefits: We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support employees professionally and personally, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a competitive 401(k) retirement plan with company matching, and additional benefits and perks.

  • The opportunity to work on ambitious AI products alongside a highly experienced, fast-moving, and international team.

  • Significant ownership, direct impact, and opportunities for professional growth as the company scales.

This is required to be based in Los Angeles for team meetings, planning sessions, company events, and other in-person collaboration. Team members are expected to be available during agreed working hours and maintain sufficient overlap with the relevant team’s time zone. While we work remotely, we value active communication, responsiveness, and close collaboration across teams.

Higgsfield AI is an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive team and do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
