Role Overview

We are seeking a Head of Entertainment GTM to build and lead our entertainment industry business.

This role sits at the intersection of entertainment, technology, partnerships, and revenue. You will own the strategy, pipeline, partnerships, and commercial execution across studios, streaming platforms, broadcasters, production companies, agencies, talent organizations, sports media companies, and emerging creator businesses.

Beyond external relationships, you will be responsible for aligning entertainment-focused initiatives across Higgsfield's Asia-based Growth and our U.S.-based Enterprise team. You will create a unified go-to-market strategy, establish operating rhythms, and ensure all teams are executing against common objectives.

Key ResponsibilitiesBuild the Entertainment Business
  • Develop and execute Higgsfield's entertainment go-to-market strategy.

  • Identify, prioritize, and penetrate key entertainment segments including film, television, streaming, sports, gaming, music, creator economy, and digital media.

  • Build executive relationships with decision-makers across studios, broadcasters, production companies, agencies, talent organizations, and major creator businesses.

  • Create and execute strategic account plans for marquee entertainment customers.

  • Negotiate and close complex commercial partnerships and enterprise agreements.

Lead Cross-Functional Revenue Efforts
  • Serve as the central owner of entertainment-related revenue initiatives across the company.

  • Align activities across Asia-based Growth, B2B, and Business Development teams and U.S.-based commercial teams.

  • Create operating cadences, pipeline reviews, forecasting processes, and success metrics.

  • Ensure efficient handoffs between growth, partnerships, sales, customer success, and product teams.

  • Establish scalable processes for customer acquisition, expansion, and retention.

Influence Product & Market Strategy
  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Research, and Leadership teams to inform roadmap priorities.

  • Translate customer feedback into actionable product requirements.

  • Identify emerging market opportunities and competitive threats.

  • Help define Higgsfield's positioning within the entertainment ecosystem.

Build Industry Presence
  • Represent Higgsfield at major industry events, conferences, festivals, and executive forums.

  • Develop relationships with key industry influencers and decision-makers.

  • Help establish Higgsfield as the leading AI video platform for entertainment organizations.

  • Contribute to thought leadership, speaking engagements, and strategic partnerships.

Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, partnerships, business development, strategy, or go-to-market leadership.

  • Significant experience working directly within or selling into the entertainment industry.

  • Demonstrated success closing large enterprise deals and strategic partnerships.

  • Experience selling creator technology, media technology, or content production solutions as well as finding bespoke GTM paths at the intersection of technology and entertainment.

  • Strong understanding of entertainment business models and content production workflows.

  • Experience at a leading entertainment company, media organization, talent agency, creator platform, consulting firm, private equity firm, venture-backed technology company, or AI company.

  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across multiple teams or regions.

  • Existing network across studios, streaming services, production companies, agencies, and creator businesses.

  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Compensation & Benefits

We offer a competitive and thoughtfully structured compensation package designed to align with impact and growth.

Base Salary: The anticipated salary range for this role is $250,000 - $320,000, depending on experience, skills, and location.

In addition to cash compensation, we offer equity and a comprehensive benefits package to support you both professionally and personally.
