What It's Like to Work at Forge

I'd definitely say that I enjoy the culture and my colleagues. I've learned so much when collaborating with different teams; I can see substantial growth within myself. We help, ask questions, and work as a team which makes working at Forge exciting.

At Forge, I love being able to collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand, brainstorm and build enjoyable experiences for our customers. It feels meaningful when we come with different knowledge and opinions to build a product together.

Being bold, accountable & humble are at the core of our management philosophy. Everybody from the CEO down believes in it and lives it. I look for opportunities for people on my team to grow, I ask them to take on new challenges, stand by their work and encourage them to collaborate effectively together. I love watching Forge grow as my team grows.
