Leads multiple software engineering teams developing and scaling B2B SaaS products. Oversees engineering managers and technical teams, drives product delivery and quality, promotes CI/CD, DevOps, automated testing, and lean practices, and partners cross-functionally with product, design, sales, marketing, and leadership. Responsibilities include recruiting, retaining, mentoring, and developing engineering staff while improving engineering processes, culture, and innovation.

Provide hands-on technical support for FloQast integrations, owning L1–L3 cases, troubleshooting APIs and authentication, configuring customer environments, using tools like Postman and log/session replay, collaborating cross-functionally, contributing knowledge-base articles, and driving successful integration outcomes for customers.

Lead architecture and deliver core platform capabilities for FloQast Transform, building scalable, resilient distributed systems and AI Agent infrastructure. Drive technical strategy, partner with Product and Design to translate goals into roadmaps, and mentor senior engineers to raise engineering standards across workflow orchestration and platform APIs.
