The company encourages employees to maintain balance between their professional and personal lives by annually offering 15 days of paid time off and 20 flexible WFH days in addition to the option to WFH every Friday. Additionally, Energy CX has an annual winter break from December 24 through January 2. The company also supports employees staying connected to their communities through a Volunteer Time Off (VTO) policy, providing full-time employees with up to 16 hours of paid volunteer time each year.
