Work across the full stack to design and deploy features using Next.js and AWS (ECS/ECR/Lambda). Build and maintain web scraping pipelines and high-volume data systems (Postgres, ClickHouse, MongoDB). Own production reliability, debug at scale, and contribute to the technical roadmap.

Build systems that drive Cruva's go-to-market: outbound infrastructure, SEO/content engines, HubSpot pipeline and automations, GTM dashboards, AI-powered workflows, and tool evaluation/integration to scale growth.

Own and build the full growth funnel end-to-end: paid acquisition, SEO, content, email/lifecycle, and conversion optimization. Run experiments, define metrics (CAC, LTV, activation), collaborate with sales/product/support, and hire and lead a small growth team to scale repeatable acquisition and retention engines.
