The role collaborates with Controllership, SEC Reporting, FP&A, and Legal while documenting complex accounting conclusions and assisting with newly acquired entities.

Build and guide full-stack systems supporting healthcare eligibility, claims, authorizations, clinical data, integrations, and analytics. Own technical architecture, data modeling, infrastructure, migrations, reliability, standards, and technical debt across a domain. Develop core systems, improve engineering practices, mentor senior engineers, and lead technical hiring and decision-making. Leads corporate development analytics for healthcare acquisitions and partnerships, including valuation, financial modeling, due diligence, deal execution support, investment committee and board materials, and post-close integration.
