Administer employee benefits, leave of absence programs, accommodations, and workers’ compensation across a multi-state healthcare organization. Manage cases, documentation, compliance, employee communications, carrier and vendor coordination, audits, reporting, and return-to-work processes. Partner with Payroll, HRIS, Legal, Risk, managers, and employees to resolve issues and improve workflows while maintaining confidentiality and regulatory compliance.

Manages accounts payable processes, including invoice entry, coding, matching, payment processing, check runs, wire transfers, vendor file maintenance, reconciliations, accruals, 1099 processing, audit support, and month-end close activities. Resolves invoice and payment discrepancies with vendors and internal teams while maintaining accurate records and timely payments. The role follows a hybrid work structure with occasional travel to a medical center.

Leads the design, development, and operation of Astrana’s enterprise data platform. Builds scalable Databricks, Spark, PySpark, SQL, and Delta Lake pipelines; integrates healthcare data; develops unified data models and APIs; supports Lakebase and PostgreSQL applications; and implements governance, data quality, monitoring, CI/CD, automation, and performance optimization. The role also handles incidents, disaster recovery coordination, engineering standards, code reviews, and mentoring across internal and vendor teams.
