WeWork signed a lease on a new office space in Santa Monica — the third in beachside city
News broke this week of WeWork’s new office lease in Santa Monica. The office — WeWork’s third in the city of Santa Monica alone — is 116,000 square feet and located just blocks from the popular Metro Expo line. Set to open this summer, the property at 3000 Olympic is within a few miles of the other two Santa Monica WeWork spaces, less than 4 miles from WeWork's Constellation Place in Westwood, and 4.5 miles from One Culver in Culver City. The latter two properties, like 3000 Olympic, are also just off the Expo line — meaning it would take less than 10 minutes on the Metro to shuttle between them. [Built In LA]
