The Operations Coordinator at Collectors will be responsible for structuring and auditing standard operating procedures, planning and executing operations events, assisting with onboarding and offboarding activities, and maintaining employee engagement. This role requires attention to detail, collaboration, and strong organizational skills.

Inspect assembled parts and products for defects and deviations, count and verify product quantity, verify information on submission form

Play a key role in broadening transportation services at HopSkipDrive by leading integrations to 3rd party transportation systems and commercial APIs. Develop product strategy, prioritize roadmap, conduct diligence on providers, write detailed requirements, collaborate with engineering and QA teams, test and support integrations, and coordinate with internal and external partners.

Play a key role in strategic initiatives developing new product capabilities or apps for new categories of customers. Become the product owner for the app/user journey of your focus. Conduct market and user research to surface insights and opportunities. Work closely with senior leadership to develop a product strategy. Develop and maintain a prioritized roadmap of epics and features. Work with designers to turn your ideas into compelling designs. Write detailed user stories, acceptance criteria to provide a clear spec to engineering. Be a team player with Engineering and QA to help them build, test, and deliver. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to successfully roll out changes. Measure, learn, and continue to experiment and improve.
