Partner with People teams to turn HR and org data into actionable insights. Build complex queries, statistical analyses, dashboards, and a centralized people data repository. Drive data governance, data quality, and stakeholder communication to support hiring, retention, productivity, and workforce decision-making.

Design and implement scalable BI data systems, models, and AI-powered tooling. Translate business questions into reliable datasets, optimize warehouses and queries, apply software engineering practices, partner with product and engineering teams, and mentor teammates. Process large-scale data using modern cloud platforms and technologies such as Spark, Databricks, and Kubernetes.

Develop and administer enterprise business intelligence solutions using Power BI, SSRS, SQL Server, and data warehousing technologies. Design data models, dashboards, visualizations, KPI scorecards, security models, and analytical solutions for large-scale datasets. Optimize queries, ensure data quality and governance, establish BI standards, and provide guidance to other developers. Collaborate with engineers, database administrators, and business partners to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Lead marketing analytics and measurement strategy, build democratized dashboards and audience architecture, translate insights for executives, manage analysts and offshore delivery, align cross-functional teams, steward data ethics, integrate MarTech roadmap, and deliver impact reporting to optimize spend and drive firm growth.

Lead client-facing analytics engagements: translate ambiguous business questions into data models, dashboards, and KPIs; write production-quality SQL and dbt models; build BI reporting; apply AI tools to accelerate analysis; drive proactive insights; set stakeholder cadence; and mentor junior analysts to ensure adoption and delivery.

The Senior Relativity SME will provide advanced support using Relativity, conduct software testing, setup templates, and perform training and documentation for users.
