The role supports toy product compliance with worldwide safety, chemical, performance, and retailer standards, including occasional travel to suppliers or customers.

Own compressor testing from test-cell commissioning through validated performance mapping. Responsibilities include specifying test cells and instrumentation, defining measurement chains and uncertainty budgets, writing test plans and safety interlocks, analyzing data, supporting design changes, and conducting failure investigations. The role focuses on high-pressure, high-speed rotating machinery, thermofluids, refrigeration performance, and data acquisition.

Build and maintain UI automation infrastructure and end-to-end tests for web applications. Maintain simulation, hardware-in-the-loop, and system execution environments; develop automated test run infrastructure; monitor CI/CD health; use AI tooling for testing metrics and reporting; document test coverage, reviews, releases, and validation. Collaborate cross-functionally on feature validation, issue triage, release risk, and product quality.
