We are seeking a detail-oriented Workplace Operations Coordinator to participate in the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our office space, ensuring a safe, functional, and comfortable environment for all employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain HVAC (A/C) systems, coordinating repairs and servicing as needed to ensure consistent climate control
  • Manage lighting systems throughout the facility, including bulb replacement, fixture repairs, and reporting
  • Oversee key inventory and distribution, including issuing, tracking, and recovering keys for employees and visitors
  • Administer access control systems, including badge programming, permissions management, and troubleshooting entry issues
  • Manage parking arrangements, including visitor parking and resolving parking-related concerns
  • Coordinate installation, removal, and maintenance of wall hangings, artwork, and décor
  • Schedule and oversee painting projects, including touch-ups and full repaints as needed
  • Maintain signage throughout the facility, including wayfinding, safety, and branding signage; coordinate updates and replacements
  • Conduct regular safety inspections, ensure compliance with workplace safety standards, and address hazards promptly
  • Manage furniture inventory, including ordering, assembly, repairs, and reconfiguration of workspaces
  • Oversee cleaning services and ensure all areas of the facility meet cleanliness standards
  • Coordinate plumbing repairs and maintenance, working with vendors as needed
  • Maintain breakroom supplies, equipment, and cleanliness
  • Support security operations, including monitoring systems, coordinating with security personnel, and responding to incidents

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in facilities management, office administration, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to coordinate with external vendors and contractors
  • Basic knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to respond to urgent facility issues as they arise

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the rate shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. The company strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Rate Minimum:

$22.50 hourly (minimum will not fall below the applicable state/local minimum wage thresholds)

Hiring Rate Maximum:
